Egg in a Bread

Wheat bread
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parsley, chopped
Chili sauce

1. Using a cutter to make a hole in the bread
2. Pour up some olive oil unto the cut bread on each side
3. Heat up a pan without any oil, if it’s heat enough put the bread on
4. When one side is brownish color or golden, flip it
5. Crack the egg, put in on a hole in the bread
6. Add the salt and pepper to the egg
7. Wait a moment till all set and turn off the heat
8. Serve the bread with sprinkle of chopped of parsley and/or chili sauce
