Chili-Rubbed Salmon

This dish is specially made for those who loved hot and spicy food, just like me. Yoohooo~ ^o^

Ingredients:
Salmon
Chili powder
Chili flakes
Dried oregano
Salt
Olive oil

Steps:
1. In a bowl, combine the chili powder, chili flakes, oregano, and salt. Pat the spices on the fish.
2. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the salmon until opaque throughout, 4 to 5 minutes per side. (Reduce the heat if the spices begin to turn black.)
4. Chili-rubbed salmon is ready to serve
